OLD WORLD MEETS NEW WORLD TECHNOLOGY FOR AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT WINE

Concrete is a collaboration of Winemakers Barry Gnekow and Joseph Smith partnered with Tyson Rippey and is named for the 1940’s concrete fermenting tank in which a portion of the wine is fermented. The wine is a unique mix of different winemaking techniques: A portion concrete tank fermented, a portion Flash De?tente extracted and fermented in American and French oak barrels, and a portion stainless steel fermented. Old World meets New World technology resulting in a rich, layered, juicy, textured wine that explodes with flavor in the mouth – delivering the patent- pending flavor profile they call the “Vertical Palate.” Concrete’s innovative blend of technology crafts a $20 value wine that tastes like a $50+ wine.
